Drummer Mike Portnoy of Dream Theater progressive metal band has released a surprise announcement Wednesday (08/09) yesterday. He withdrew from the legendary band. What really happened????????????????????????????????????????
"I'm going to write something I never imagined going to write about. After 25 years, I decided to leave Dream Theater, the band which I have set, kujalankan, and is especially loved for a quarter century," he wrote.

"Please do not misinterpret my words. I loved Dream Theater personnel and had a history of friendship and long and deep ties with them. I just felt really needed a break for a while."
"Dream Theater will always be my favorite. And I've raised every day and every moment since I got up again in 1985. 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year. I never take a break from the responsibility of Dream Theater. Working overtime and more than people imagine for a band. "
